Terms and Conditions – Lips by Andreea Ltd.

  1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of aesthetic services (“Services”) by Lips by Andreea Ltd. (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lips by Andreea Ltd. Please read these Terms carefully before booking any Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from booking our Services.

1.3 These Terms shall apply to all Services provided by Lips by Andreea Ltd., including but not limited to lips filler, face filler, face packages, skin treatments, lips tattoo, laser hair removal, and laser tattoo removal.

  1. Booking and Deposit

2.1 To book an appointment for our Services, you must pay a deposit of £40 per person at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2 Rescheduling of appointments is permitted with a minimum notice of 24 hours. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2.3 Failure to attend an appointment or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit. A new booking will require a fresh deposit of £40 per person.

2.4 The deposit can be paid via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.

2.5 In the event of a cancellation by the Clinic due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician illness, equipment failure), the deposit will be fully refunded, and alternative arrangements for rescheduling will be offered.

  1. Health and Eligibility

3.1 By booking our Services, you confirm that you are not pregnant and are at least 18 years of age.

3.2 You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking before undergoing any treatment.

3.3 Our Services may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or allergies. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

3.4 We advise against booking treatments if you have a history of keloid scarring, autoimmune disorders, or uncontrolled medical conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.

3.5 We recommend consulting with your primary healthcare provider before undergoing any aesthetic treatments, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

3.6 If you have any concerns about the safety or suitability of a treatment, we may request a medical clearance letter from your healthcare provider before proceeding.

  1. Consultation and Treatment

4.1 All Clients must undergo a comprehensive consultation before receiving any treatment. During the consultation, the Clinic will assess the Client’s medical history, discuss treatment options, and address any concerns or expectations.

4.2 The Client is responsible for providing accurate information during the consultation and disclosing any relevant medical history, previous treatments, or known allergies.

4.3 The Clinic’s technicians are authorised to perform the agreed-upon treatments based on the information provided during the consultation. However, the Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it deems it not in the Client’s best interest.

4.4 The Clinic may recommend alternative treatments or refer the Client to a specialist if necessary for their health or safety.

4.5 The Client’s input and preferences will be considered in designing a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals.

4.6 Before starting the treatment, the Clinic will obtain the Client’s written consent after explaining the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care instructions.

4.7 The Clinic may conduct additional assessments or tests, such as skin patch tests, to determine the Client’s suitability for certain treatments.

4.8 The Clinic reserves the right to decline or modify the treatment plan based on the Client’s individual characteristics, medical history, or treatment goals.

4.9 The Client has the right to ask questions and seek clarification about the proposed treatment before providing consent.

  1. Hygiene and Safety

5.1 The Clinic maintains strict hygiene standards, including the use of sterile equipment and disposable materials for each client.

5.2 Technicians adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimise the risk of infection or injury during treatments.

7.3 The Clinic takes all necessary precautions to minimise the risk of complications during the treatment. However, it cannot guarantee that adverse reactions will not occur.

7.4 In the event of an adverse reaction or complication, the Clinic provides clients with appropriate medical care and support to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

7.5 Adverse events or complications are documented, and measures are taken to prevent recurrence in the future.

7.6 Clients are encouraged to report any adverse reactions or complications promptly so that the Clinic can provide timely assistance and intervention.

7.7 The Clinic may recommend alternative treatments or referral to a specialist for further evaluation and management of complications.
